Crude Oil Charts not updating on CQG data

Anybody having issues with Crude Oil (October 2018) contract data not updating?

stops working after message log connects... running on CQG data thru AMP futures.

UPDATE - Now not running - Message: Symbol unknown.

Data ran briefly for about 10 mins stopping at 07:29:11 EDT

Amp and CQG notified - both suggest issue could be with Sierra. Waiting .... will they respond please

Yup... chart is frozen... and running CQG via AMP

The CQG runs fine on NinjaTrader 8 (Go Figure)

i have met the same problem on the FDAX since yesterday for two of my colleague with CQG

Same here w/ CQG. CLEV18 runs for couple min then froze w/ message symbol unknown. Disconnect then reconnect it fixed for couple minutes then again.

Yes, I have the same problem. ES updating fine but CLEV18 keeps cutting out.

honestly its the weirdest problem ever, turned off windows firewall, rebooted X times
other tickers update for CL like CLEX18, CLEZ18 but CLEV18 starts then stops like the feed times out

emailed my ISP also to make sure no routing issues but likely not with other tickers updating
so more like a WTF with CQG and CLEV , hope it gets fixed soon, CLEV could really drop and hate to miss the action

unfortunately it was bad timing, when opening platforms in sequence it came across as Sierra with the degradation
coming to the board and seeing other just the same

thank you for the prompt replies, cqg cleared it up afterwards whatever it was
