Hi, I am currently with AMP Futures and will be changing over to Infinity/Transact. I have an install/enablement through AMP for SC of course. I would like to keep this installation as I have two indicator licences tied to my Sierra Chart Account number. Setting those up again would be a pain. My question is can I keep my current installation of SC with the associated AC number, and be enabled for this installation via Infitiny/Transact? This I would imagine would save me asking two indicator vendors to set me up again. Trust this makes sense. I have not done this before. Thank you. Patrick |

You can certainly keep the same installation but you are going to require your own direct account to use with it. This is explained here: Direct Sierra Chart Account I would like to keep this installation as I have two indicator licences tied to my Sierra Chart Account number. Thanks your response. As an alternative, the Infinity instance of SC is subsidized. Therefore I would be better off installing their version, and closing my account with AMP. I would need to reinstall or copy indicators to a new data folder. Is this correct? and if so, would I still retain the same SC account number I have now? Thanks and regards, Patrick |
