SC Historical Intraday Data for ICE Brent

Some difficulty downloading historical intraday data for Brent crude (BRNV3). {SC Historical Intraday Futures Data} Have read the documentation here and followed it carefully but no luck. The chart page is entirely blank. http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/helpdetails7.html#RefreshWithData Any suggestions on what I might be doing wrong or if there is a glitch in the data itself? I think it's just this one symbol. Other commodities like CL or NG are working and downloading fine. (This is the issue that prompted the recent discussion of the 5 symbol limitation at OEC. At first I thought I couldn't get Brent prices because I had run over the 5 symbol limit. But even after switching to the SC Historical Intraday Data and choosing the relevant symbol (BRN) I'm getting nowhere). |

In the case of the Sierra Chart Historical Intraday Futures Data service, there is no ICE data.
