Continuous alarm and window POP OUT to the occurrence of a condition

Hello .. kindly one of you could tell me how to insert an alarm continue sounding until you take it off me. Simple example but for me to understand: I would like that if RSI super 80 sounds continuously. I am gone from the menu ANALYSYS STUDIES seloziono RSI SETTING and in the window ALERTS I put the condition. When the condition occurs makes me a single sound but often do not feel they are seen only tree sounds. It is possible to make out a window that POP OUT signals the alarm and continue sounding like the IB trading platform. And not just the line ALERT MANAGER "in the Windows menu?
