Dear Support, I use SC realtime datafeed for NYBOT Sugar and Coffee futures to drive my charts/DOM but I execute trades at IB. When I am connected to the SC Datafeed only, the correct native exchange pricing is shown on the charts/DOM (SB: 10.22 & KC 106.45 - two decimals) but when I am using SC data but connected to IB for execution, the display format of these products follows IB's own price format: SB 0.1022 & KC 1.0645 (4 decimals) One of my studies I use is affected by this price format difference (SC/Exchange native format is the correct). Is it possible to somehow maintain the exchange price (2 decimals) format of the displayed charts/DOMs when using SC data but executing with IB? Here are two screenshots showing the difference: When connected to IB for execution http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=153435252784.png When connected to SC feed only: http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1534352695163.png Thank you. |

Yes it is possible to do this by altering the Global Symbol Settings for that Interactive Brokers symbol pattern in the Global Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings It is also necessary to change the SC Data Multiplier on the Additional 2 tab. And then you need to apply these settings to that chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users.
