Hi, I'm testing the replay function and have some queries. I have 3 charts open (30min, daily & wkly charts), how do I replay so the bars on each time frame progress (or 'build') based on the lowest timeframe increment? Example, if the 30min chart advances by 1 bar, the daily and weekly bars also 'build' by the price change on the 30min chart. I followed the instructions for one-by-one bar replay but all 3 charts progress by 1 whole bar instead of being synchronised. Also from the documentation, I understand that its not possible to replay any charts unless I have intraday data, even if I only want to replay daily, weekly and monthly timeframe, is this correct? If so, this makes it not possible if i only have EOD data feed, correct? Thanks |

These charts need to be in the same Chartbook and then you just replay all of the charts within the Chartbook as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/ReplayChart.html#ChartsToReplay Also from the documentation, I understand that its not possible to replay any charts unless I have intraday data, even if I only want to replay daily, weekly and monthly timeframe, is this correct? Hi SC - thanks for confirming. Your software is fantastic however this is a significant limiting factor, particularly compared to some other platforms. This is particularity important if there is limited intraday data for some markets or if using 'clean' daily data which has been vetted and to be used for testing, this makes it impossible. I would like to request that this can be added as a feature please. Would this be difficult to implement? Thanks |

did you made it possible since then? I would like to see the weekly and daily continous contract chart for CL oil for example and still bne able to replay the CLG22_FUT_CME on m1 and m30 and footprints too. Is this possible especially with shared crosshair? would be happy |
