DOM for CBOT products not working correctly

I am using Sierra Chart data and haven't had any problems with the DOM for CBOT products until this morning. The DOM shows the last trade, but not the Bid/Ask surrounding the last trade. In addition, all day the DOM has shown an unchanging Bid and Ask at the same tick, near yesterday's close. Thanks |

You should at least see the best bid and ask prices and quantities update and we are looking into the reason why that is not the case. But the reason you do not see any levels beyond that is because the CME exchange you have activated does not include market depth. We have now resolved the issue where the best bid and ask in the market depth data do not update if you are not subscribed to market depth when using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. This will be out in the next release.
