Hello, Today we are having troubles with the live trading orders, every time we put a pending (ES, CL, etc) to the live account, first it says "order sent", than it disappears from the chart after a few seconds like it was never been there. It keeps doing this for all the orders we tried today. I called AMP broker and Rithmic datafeed, they both say they don't see any activities on the account. PLEASE, help!! Thank you, Zolie |

Check the Trade Activity Log to see if there has been any express rejection of these orders from Rithmic. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Otherwise, this just sounds like a connectivity issue if the order timed out. But a timeout would take about a minute. Not just a few seconds. So it sounds like they have been rejected.
