i just purchased SC data with Nymex feed but am only able to see 10 rows in market depth. This should be unlimited rows as far as i've been told by the exchange. Thankd

The exchange only provides 10 levels of market depth. Additional market depth has to be built by the market by order data. And we have not yet finished with that. And at most we would only provide 20-30 levels for performance reasons. It is detrimental to performance to really get a large number of levels.
