Re-center keyboard shortcut doesn't work when selecting different chartbook

My current setup is such that I have 5 chartbooks: chartbook #1 has a DOM which I have to set to "Window always visible" so that I don't have to open multiple DOMs for different instruments in order to save computer resources; and chartboks #2~5 only contain charts. Now the problem is when chartbook #1 is selected, then the keyboard shortcut for re-center DOM which I have set works just fine. But when any other chartbook is selected, the keyboard shortcut for re-center DOM does NOT work. What's interesting is all other keyboard shortcuts that I've set for other functions still work when chartbook #2~5 are selected. If keyboard shortcuts only function within the current selected chartbook, then this would obviously not be the case, which suggests to me that this is a bug and not a feature. Let me know what you think.
