Intraday Chart Not Updating Real Time

I have done many of the steps on help pages for this topic to no avail. I have updated to newest version available. I do not believe I changed any settings for data services, upload interval, etc. from yesterday when it was working for me. Would appreciate some guidance or action initiated from your end to discern and fix problem. Receiving no message on log other than update performed. Thank you.

In this case you need to pay the higher priced CME exchange fees. Refer to: Is Historical and Real-time Futures Data Included?: CME Exchange Fees for Professionals and Users Without a Supported Trading Account So you have to deactivate the CME Group exchange you activated and activate the higher priced ones which are documented in this section we linked to above. This month there will be no charge for those fees but next month there will be. So you probably will want to cancel the data feed at the end of this month. You will not get real-time data for ZBU18 because you did not activate the exchange for that. The first thing we want you to do is to restart Sierra Chart. Open one of the charts and then connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed. I activated the Nasdaq exchange earlier; I have closed, reopened and restarted data feed connection multiple times and I get NO REAL TIME DATA. I am indeed following your instructions and am quite sure the problem is on my end; however, I cannot make any progress without some further help.

Problem resolved. There was an issue with the Symbol Settings. We reset those and there was also an issue causing excessive memory use due to an improper tick size on one of the charts.
