Not Seeing Live Prices on My Sierra Charts Account

Dear Sir or Madame, I am not seeing live prices on my Sierra Charts. I have a positive account balance and it says my exchange data feeds are active. Not sure what it is that I am doing wrong. Kind Regards, |
