hi, I am currently down by over 200$ because the platform openned new orders on its own that I couldn't manually flatten and after I seemed to have flattened them, I then openned a new ''market order'' to recover the money lost and the order never showed any P/L which aggravatingly after a couple of seconds flattened itself again without any profit. Please help so I may avoid this again, this has cost me dearly because i just missed a trade that would have recovered my losses.. I have attached the txt file from the Trade activity log Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-08-01 17:23:25

I have checked the Trade activity log and there is no indication about the ''long'' trade that I could find but the trade is logged under the ''Trades'' tab. Only the time the trade was executed is not the same as shown on the ''Order Action Source'' The Problem started at around ''14:47:00'' but the time on the ''trade'' tab shows the order executed at ''14:54:42.667'' And the ''Short'' Market Order that I placed around ''14:52:00'' to recover my losses never got executed and it isn't shown in the log. I have attached the log |

First, you need to look at only the first tab the Trade Activity tab and you need to tell us the specific Internal Order ID you have a question about. Otherwise we cannot help.

Okay we cannot see that though. We would need to get the entire Trade Activity Log file. It is best for you to follow through the instructions here: Trade Activity Log Analysis: Support Assisted Trade Activity Log Analysis Let's focus just on this first: because the platform openned new orders on its own that I couldn't manually flatten We will tell you the source of this order once we get the details requested and the log file.
