Hi, I've been getting terrible connection to the data feed for the past few weeks especially between 8.30 and 9.30 CT. The data freezes and the link gets disconnected for a few minutes before reconnecting again. |

This is not something that we have any control over. We see you are in the Far East. You could try using the Rithmic Singapore server. We have servers in Chicago and we feed data to many users in Hong Kong and never hear about a problem. And be sure to refer to our response above.
