Depth of Market gone - CQG feed, CLEU18 crude oil

As of this morning (7/30/18), I am no longer seeing the depth of market on my CLEU18 chart or DOM. I am only getting the inside Bid and ASK, whereas before I used to get essentially an infinite depth. I am using version 1781 32 bit on a brand new HP i7 Windows 10 laptop. I am getting a 10 Bid and Ask depth with the E-mini S&P contract, however. So the problem seems to be confined to CLE. I called CQG and was told that they did have a problem but fixed it over the weekend. It would appear that SC hasn't dealt with the issue yet. Please fix ASAP. Thanks. |

This would be a CQG issue to resolve. Definitely not ours.
