Today I endeavored to deactivate my 100 symbol Sierra Chart Data subscription ($35/mo) and in its place activate a 20 symbol Sierra Chart Data subscription ($20/mo). For whatever reason(s) the 20 symbol data account was added, but the 100 symbol account was not deactivated. My monthly data bill increased from $35 (not counting CME monthly exchange fee) to $55/mo. So, I cancelled the 20 symbol SC data account (and was charged a small amount for the last 3 days of July), and went ahead and paid enough for three months of the 100 symbol SC data account. However, what I really would like is just the 20 symbol Sierra Chart live data account (which I primarily use for just 1 symbol, the emini NQ). Would appreciate it if you would adjust my account to reflect what I was trying to accomplish, unless there is some problem in doing so. Thanks much.

This is now done. Your account is now set for 20 real-time symbols with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and will renew that way going forward.
