Custom Study is not showing on NEW INSTANCE

Hello there, I am under RC_OF. My problem is when I try to open a chartbook with charts having ECIVwapV1.4 on NEW INSTANCE, the study is just not there in the charts. When I go to STUDIES to have a look, it becomes Custom DLL Study. I don't have any problems opening chartbooks from my home computer. Just the office computer that is not working.
