chart display issue

We just changed clearing firms and connected to their FIX feed and am getting a chart like the one attached. Is this bad price data or something I need to fix in the charts? Its not every product, some are just fine. We have also attempted to adjust the price multipliers and no change.

Hi guys, the user that had the chart display issues has been upgraded to Windows 10, we are having the display issues again with ES,NQ,6J,6E,6B. I set the setting that we changed in trade data to trading_technologies_7x_comapny name. Is there a setting that we forgot to change on the new system that would cause this? Thanks!

Yes you need to set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service Setting >>Custom Symbol Settings Code to:

trading_technologies_7x_edfman.trading

For each chart re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
