Exact Same Charts but Different Data??

Please see the attached jpeg....it shows two exact same charts side by side....November Crude Oil. I have both charts set to 89 ticks. For some reason, the tracking of the total ticks in each bar is different between the two charts (see the "counter" on each chart). The charts are running live side by side...they should be exactly the same...but they are not. I saw the same thing on the Hang Seng October futures charts a couple days ago. How can I resolve this issue? I am running SC version 1032. Never seen this before within SC.

Go into the Chart >> Chart Settings for each chart and make sure the Session Times settings are the same for each chart. There must be a difference.

Did the "Reload All Charts". Did not solve the issue.

There must be some other difference. See if there are any settings on Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings which are different. Although we cannot think of any which would affect the bars when using Number of Trades per Bar.

The only other thing we can recommend is to duplicate one of the charts and the duplicate copy should be identical.
