I have noticed that SC is not downloading all of the 'UK100' symbol data and actually stop st 2018-07-03 for some reason. The Message Log doesn't give any sign that there is a download issue? I have also noticed I have the same issue with the following: US30 SPX500 NAS100 UK100 ESP35 EUSTX50 FRA40 GER30 All of the FX pairs appears normal. Please can you advise whatever maybe going on and for me to resolve? I have tried the Remove Data and Download Data option in the Edit menu already which didn't help. Thanks |

I wanted to update on this so that any other users having the same issue has the fix. SC thanks for pointing me to this, again your Engineering support was impeccable. The actual problem was my clock. For other users, ensure that your Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server option
System Error When Setting Date-Time
If you receive the following error in the Window >> Message Log, then either uncheck the Global Settings >> General Settings >> Periodically Set System Date-Time from Server option or set Sierra Chart to run with administrator level access (explained below). This error is an indication that the operating system permissions or version is not allowing a program to set the system Date-Time. Additionally, I noticed tat my Shortcut to the 64 bit version wasn't set to Run as Administrator. To do this, I have created a simple Screenshot. This was the problem. Ensure this is set to Administrator as this was causing my chart not to show the latest data. Presumably the connection failed because my Clock was somehow set incorrectly. |

In the case of the Sierra Chart FXCM CFD data, that is not dependent on the local computer clock. It could be significantly off and should not cause any issue.
