Can you guys reset my platform somehow? The CME Group is down but my charts still show open trades and the trades should be closed. So I thought you could reset my platform so it clears the open orders. Thanks |

There is no way we can control that. We see you are using CQG. We also noticed the same thing with CTS. The CME has got some serious problems at the moment.
