Good morning, I opened up my chart this morning and I noticed that I have some data missing on the charts (all across the Fx pairs) At the very beginning the data was missing between 2.30 AM to 3.30 AM (this night, 10/07/2018) Then I delete the data from the folder in my computer (all the .scid files) in order to refresh data from server and now the data missing is from 3.05 AM to 3.30 AM, 10/07/2017) How can I get the rest of the missing data? Why is that happened? Regards, Fabio. |

We are checking on this now. We have been told the data center which is used by our LMAX server, had a problem due to one of their ISPs which caused missing data.
