Hello, I just reactivated my Sierra Charts account. My connection is via Rithmic, through MES Capital. Sierra goes through the connection process, makes contact with the server, everything looks good and finally at the end, it says: "Connection to non-affiliated broker not allowed". Is that because this particular Sierra account of mine was previously connected through Rithmic/CQG through AMP? Or, is it because MES Capital has not paid the $20 Rithmic connection fee? Or, am I supposed to pay the $20 directly to Sierra? (BTW, I contacted MES and they say they support Sierra Charts). Please advise. Thanks, J. |

Since your account is provided through a broker, it is necessary to have a direct Sierra Chart account to use Rithmic with other brokers. So, if I create a new account, will the funds I just credited to Sierra through Paypal be credited to the new Sierra account?

We can move the Services Balance and usage time from one Sierra Chart account to another.
