Reactivate the Real-Time Data Connections

I had no money at my Service Balance before 1.7.2018 and my Real-Time Data Feed was deactivated. Today I did a payment to my account and tried to reactivate recurring services, but the activation of Real-Time Data connection doesnt work. I pressed the button "Activate" at the 1st connection, but the data stay inactive. Where could be a problem? Thanks
