Yes this is possible but not the number of trades at the ask.

You can display multiple columns and configure them as required. Refer to:

I don't mean the volume at each price (inside the bar) but i mean the total volume (and total ask volume, total number of trades-ask,...) of each bar. Is it possible to see them in number under the chart (under each bar), where there are the volume study, the ask volume study,...?
Thanks

The first, easiest thing is to use the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study. This has the ability to display a number of different values, including the Total Volume, Total Ask Volume, Total Bid Volume, Total Number of Trades, etc. for each bar. Refer to the documentation here for this study:
Numbers Bars: Displaying Numeric Information Below Numbers Bars

Second, if you want to see specific values displayed above or below a bar (or Numbers Bar), then you can use the Study Subgraph As Text Above/Below Bar study to do this. Refer to the documentation here:
Study Subgraph Above/Below Bar as Text

About Calculated Values Subgraphs in Numbers Bars Calculated Values:

- Is the "Average Ask Trade Size" calculated by the Ask Volume divided by the Number of Trades- Ask for each bar?

- Is it possible to see the Number of Trades-Ask (and the Number of Trades-Bid) for each bar? because there is the difference
"Ask Bid Tick Difference (AskT - BidT)" but there aren't the Number of Trades- Ask (and the Number of Trades-Bid).

Thanks

With regards to:

Yes, this is exactly how it is calculated.

With regards to:
Is it possible to see the Number of Trades-Ask (and the Number of Trades-Bid) for each bar? because there is the difference
Unfortunately, we are running out of space to be able to add additional items to the Numbers Bars Calculated Values study, so we will not be able to add these. In this case, you can calculate the Number of Trades (Ask or Bid) from the other information already given in the Numbers Bars Calculated Values.

the CME data shows how the orders (trades) are executed and not how they are inserted. Is it right? If it is right, is it possible to see how the trades have been inserted ?
Thanks

You can use these studies for this:
Number of Trades - Ask
Number of Trades - Bid
