We have a very negative view of E-Signal to put it politely. You can read the story about this here: Our Experience with E-Signal It is not going to happen. Unless you use exchanges from them that you cannot get elsewhere, we advise to avoid E-Signal. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. We see that you are in Hong Kong. We are trying to get the Asian exchanges from them. But whether they actually offer them to our customers, we do not know. When we said it is not going to happen, that was in relation to North American and European exchanges. We want to find good alternatives to them. If you know market data providers in Asia or Hong Kong that we can interface with, then please let us know. We will be happy to work with them. Hi SC, I like your platform and would like to see SC to incorporate data from Hong Kong market. I don't know if it helps but pls refer to below link of information vendor list from the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. Some companies are Data/Solution providers which you may find useful. http://www.hkex.com.hk/eng/prod/dataprod/la/ivlist/infovendor.htm Hope it helps. |

Thank you for this. We will be looking this over when we have time. What markets are you looking for from the Hong Kong market? Stocks or futures data? And who do you trade through? This will help us to understand the best way to provide the data and trading connectivity. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. I'm trading stock index futures (i.e. Hang Seng Index) and the stock market in Hong Kong. I trade through local brokers and get the live data feed from Telequote Data International Ltd. Your program/platform is much more flexible and light weight than those used by people in HK. Do you have any plan to include Hong Kong market? If so, when? |

Currently Sierra Chart supports the Hang Seng index futures through Interactive Brokers. We do not think any of the other supported Trading services offer this at this time. We are looking to add support for another Data or Trading service which will support this market. Not exactly certain when. We will contact Telequote Data International Ltd. and let them know about the DTC protocol: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GeneralDataTradeServiceProtocol.php Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
