U.S equities data stream issues

I have had this problem in the past but I am having issues streaming realtime data for the U.S equities package. I get the message "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not authorized." Was wondering if you guys could help me with that. Thanks

Sometimes, just due to an issue on the Barchart side, who who is the vendor of record, certain services do not get activated when they should be activated. We have activated the US equities Exchange now. It was not activated on the Barchart side. So you should be receiving real-time data when the market opens.
