Custom Drawing Tool Settings

I've used the custom drawing tool setting to add button to my control bar. There are 16 of them with different configuration of the Extended Rectangular box. Form what I can see they are all have the same structure but one has a different outcome. It happens to be TC8 which is to be "green border and green fill", but if the area is hit by price it changes to TC1 setting of "white border and red fill".
