This is urgent, please help. At 10 am et, data from ameritrade stopped updating sc charts. ameritrade says it is sc problem. I concur as I can get amritrade data in another program. |

lmao TDA is wrong. their whole program stopped working. Sierra was still working. TOS platform was frozen for 15minutes at least

It does not really make sense that issue like this would be on the Sierra Chart side as the data is coming from Ameritrade. Is Sierra Chart connected to the data feed?
