Support, I'm looking to average a simple volume study by time, not by length or period. I've been able to over lay the SMA over the Volume study, but I have to put a set number in the box for it to reference back that many candles. I'd like to be able to average the volume (let's say) from 9am to 3pm. Time values that can be changed, so I can average the volume at different times of the day or night depending on when I trade. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! |

Perhaps you could use the Relative Volume study to accomplish what you want: Relative Volume See if that meets your requirements. The other thing is to create a custom study to do what you need: Advanced Custom Study Interface and Language (ACSIL) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
