Hi, I put a market order in for 8 contracts and the trade was split (I'm assuming because I have two targets) and CTS came back with a partial fill so I was filled 4 contracts and 3 contracts. How is this possible for a market order entry? My stop was then updated to 7 contracts, and my targets to 4 contracts and 3 contracts (two targets). Then I move my stop to break even which triggered, which should have made me flat, however I still had one contract open with no stops and targets? This is has been happening frequently for market order entries, which by definition should not give you a partial fill? Is this something you can look at or is it CTS or Topstep Trader? This is in the Top Step Trader combine. I want to use the Advanced Connection Model but I have been advised by SC that this will not work in the combine. |

We think we know what the problem is. Disable both of these options and do not use them again with CTS: Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side OCO Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) Global Trade Settings Windows: Use Server Side Bracket Orders (if supported) (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
