Dear Support, I would lke to draw charts for Hang Seng Index, Hang Seng China Enterprize and a China stock without success. I tried to draw charts using the following: HSI-IND-HKFE HHI.HK-IND-HKFE HHI-IND-HKFE 600436-STK-SEHKNTL-CNH please tell me whats seems to be wrong? Thank you! We cannot say for sure what the problem is. We can only give you a best estimation from our perspective. Ultimately only Interactive Brokers is going to understand their system. Also at most we only need an image of one of the charts and nothing else. You have posted too many images. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with File >> Disconnect. Connect to the data feed with File >> Connect to Data Feed.
