Please consider setting up a separate sub forum/section for user discussion, for the many users of Sierrachart to ask questions from more advanced users, test/optimize their use of SC in ways support doesn't do, exchange custom studies/programming help, share/learn from each other, all freely without worrying about clogging up your main support board. Also ability to direct message users without having to request permission for each would be useful, maybe a user could configure this preference in their profile. I agree with this but please don't set up 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 different sub forums with different topics. Seen many forums die this way. If something is posted as tech help but it is really just user discussion, then SC can move it over. Cheers. PZ
