I just purchased the $5 two week real time data package and for some reason am not getting the data, I have looked on your site and cannot find how to resolve, please can you help me getting this data - Thank you

You still need to activate the appropriate exchange. Tell us one of the exchanges you want real-time data for.

I went through the market data agreement exchange forms and signed them all and activated the exchanges as the instructions above (for ES futures). I am getting data but it is still about 30 minutes delayed so could you please let me know what I need to do next to get the real time futures data - Thank you

You activated the CME Group exchange which is not allowed by the CME since you do not have a trading account. You disregarded the warning about that.

We activated this exchange for you:
CME, Globex only (For users without a trading account) for 42 USD per month. There is no cost until next month.
