Customize Tool Color Selections in Right-Click Menu?

Hi, is it possible to change the color options that are displayed when you place a tool on a chart, right click it, and hover over the "Color" section? Currently there are spaces for 8 preset color options. I'd like to be able to change the options that are displayed in the menu. I've attached a picture of the menu in question. Thank you.
