seems to be some issues with charts loading with depth on them , some do some dont , i cant load small charts around 10 sec like i used too and these charts wont load either unless i take depth off , any ideas

We did explain to you before, that this must be an out of memory condition. This has nothing to do with any particular version. It could not. There must be some message in the Window >> Message Log related to this. Go to the chart and select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate and if this condition occurs, then look at the bottom of the Message Log for an added message.
