Hello, So I got everything setup with Amp and CTS T4. I wasn't able to connect to data through the CTS FIX. So I paid the $10 for the advance connection but my trades didn't go through. So I withdrew my money from AMP and will not be using AMP or CTS. Can I get a credit for the $10? Thanks for your consideration, Ian B |

Yes we can do the refund but we can help you with the issue with orders getting rejected or as you say "didn't go through". That is certainly resolvable.
