On the top right hand corner of the Sierra Chart application. Between the - and the X box. The square box used to minimize the total application so that I can have the DOM open on the right of the charts.

We have never heard about anyone mentioning a problem with minimizing the main Sierra Chart window. If the minimize button is there and it is not disabled and it does not work that must be an operating system level problem. Try restarting your computer. DID AS YOU SUGGESTED AND RESTARTED MY COMPUTER. STILL HAVE PROBLEM.EVERY OTHER APPLICATION ON MY COMPUTER WORKS FINE. I ONLY HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH MY SIERRA CHARTS SOFTWARE. THE MINIMIZE BUTTON ON SIERRA WAS WORKING FINE YESSTERDAY PLEASE ADVISE. THANKS |

Microsoft will have to advise you. The minimize button is controlled by the operating system. Sierra chart has no role whatsoever in the minimize button. You might want to try to select Window >> Reset Windows and see if that makes a difference. That literally is the only thing that Sierra chart can do to resolve this.
