CME's Brent symbol not pulling down historical

Hi i have moved from CQG to CTS and i have noticed that the CME brent BZ is not pulling down any data in the current month (apart from current day) see video clip below i made. http://somup.com/cFhfjeVGXq |

Im on july also The gap is is from the end of april to Thursday. But i know the gap on monday will be to Friday its not holding new data for the montth of May (holds the current fine as per you 1 min chart and the one attached) but it wont hold anything previous to that Adam |
