Hi, I'm having a problem with my Cum. Delt. charts gapping. Examples; with Gold and CL Price does not show a similar change. Perhaps related, I was getting "order rejected" alerts over the last few days, even though there was no margin problems. I re-installed Sierra Chart to a brand new directory (for the order rejection anomalies) and now the CD gaps look like a complicated problem. Here's the log from today - though I just restarted everything at 13:31... (Message log removed) Date Time Of Last Edit: 2018-05-03 02:04:23

OK, it was set to 1 second, for some reason. Now I've set it to 1 tick. I tried to delete and re-download the CD data and it still shows gaps. does that mean it's not fixed? |

What is the exact name of the study you are using? Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
