After I have done "Delete all Data...", I often get different data for some candles than originally displayed in "LIVE mode".
What is the problem and how can I solve it?

Usually this is because there is a variation between the real-time collected data and historical data.

One thing to be aware of is make sure you are not using the local computer clock for time stamping. This help topic does explain this.
