Dear Support All "display names" in the study subgraphs are unchecked but I cannot seem to lose the white space where they would normally appear. This was not an issue with older releases and as the study collections, when applied to new charts, have the same issue I'm assuming something has changed. I have attached three images showing the current situation/subgraphs: 1) Current situation with white-spaces which I cannot remove 2) Previous study no white spaces 3) The Subgraph form with all names etc. un-checked In >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Display Region Dividing Lines = True =========================================================================================================== The Graph Regions need to allow the removal of this white-space or you cannot achieve un-interrupted bands. =========================================================================================================== Questions Firstly, please can you advise what has changed, and/or needs to changed to recover the un-interrupted banding. Secondly, and not so important. Is there a way to fix/lock the "Graph Region" height via the DLL? Many thanks. |

UPDATE: White-space SOLVED. As usual this just required an adjustment to the chart settings and I'm fairly sure that SC Support helped with this issue many moons ago but I simply could not remember how it was achieved. Solution was "Regional Data Lines." There is so much to SC that despite solutions being close at hand it sometimes takes more than a little digging. Finally, and not so important. Is there a way to fix/lock the "Graph Region" height via the DLL? There is "Reset and Lock" but I'd like to set the regions so they are the same. Many thanks. Yes, it is the Region Data Lines setting that you require. Here is the relevant documentation: Chart Settings: Region Data Lines (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Regions >> Region Data Line menu) . Is there a way to fix/lock the "Graph Region" height via the DLL? Not at this time.
