CANNOT CHART TRADE FROM SECOND ISNTANCE

Hi Sierra, I have recently began to use a 2nd instance of sierra chart. I chart trade and use bracket orders from the chart. today, I put in an order from the chart in the second instance. It was rejected; the log reads: DTC client #1. Sierra Chart. 127.0.0.1 | New order rejected. DTC client order ID: 958.123 | 2018-04-24 05:57:07 * DTC client #1. Sierra Chart. 127.0.0.1 | New order rejected. DTC client order ID: 959.224 | 2018-04-24 05:57:07 * DTC client #1. Sierra Chart. 127.0.0.1 | New order rejected. DTC client order ID: 960.325 | 2018-04-24 05:57:07 * Interactive Brokers | Received position. Trade Account: U7064208. Symbol: CC-201807-NYBOT | 2018-04-24 06:01:20 Interactive Brokers | Received position. Trade Account: U7064208. Symbol: CC-201807-NYBOT | 2018-04-24 06:04:20 Sim Trade is OFF. But this a real nuisance. So I went into IB and did the bracket order manually. I could not have done this in a fast market. Then, the orders appeared on the chart. I tried to modify the profit taker by moving in on the chart and it wouldnt let me do it - I had chart trade mode on. So I had back into IB and modify. I am visual so I need to be able to enter from the second instance right off the screen with thanks |
