Exact same study showing different results on different chart symbols (ES & CL)

Hello, When I view a simple study on the ES it shows properly but when I view it on the CL chart symbol there are errors with bars that don't meet the criteria properly showing as valid. I've marked this screenshot with markers under the incorrect parts the CL chart shows http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1524352768624.png yet on the ES there are no errors at all as seen http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1524352838856.png The study is just 2 items: 1. moving average simple set to 15 2. Color bar based on alert condition with this as the alert: =AND(ID1.SG1>=ID1.SG1[-1],C=H,C[-1]=L[-1]) I've done all items explained here Chart Studies: Resolving Study Differences and nothing resolves this. I've also confirmed the following: -All chart settings are the same -The calculation precedence is the same I've confirmed also by first loading the CL chart then adding the study (which it shows as incorrect), then I duplicate the CL chart but change the symbol to the ES and the very same study then shows correctly. Please let me know where to look to resolve this. |

Can anyone point to the support link where I could resolve it? I don't need anyone to tell me the direct solution. I just want to know where in the documentation I could check on this at least.

Do the value formats for the studies reflect the decimal precision for the contacts?

They are set to Inherit but I also changed them to be specifically .01 for CL and it still doesn't work either way. But it shows the proper markers as it should when I open the ES still.
