Hi, I'm trying to connect NinjaTrader to Sierra Charts, and the message log is telling me the "Username does not exist please contact Customer Support for assistance". I have talked to my broker and they say everything is good on their end, and I've looked on the boards and it seems to be a common problem. Here are the logs.
