I am subscribed to the Sierra chart data feed. Everything has been working great but now I am NOT connected to the data feed with the same symbols I have always been using, eg RTY-201806-GLOBEX-USD No(M). IB is my trade service. I checked a FOREX symbol and It connects to the sierra data feed, symbol on the chart EURUSD(M). I notice on my main control panel that I have market data agreement links. I filled out all the forms electronically and refreshed the page but they are still there. Everything else seems to be setup properly. Any ideas? Thanks Derek |
