Based on the below link, my historical tick chart should come from Sierra Chart but my SC all data services has been disabled as such can you kindly help me to enable it ? Thanks inadvance. CQG Trading Platform Service: What is Included |

You will need a direct account for this: Direct Sierra Chart Account However, you really do not need that. When using CQG the data for expired futures contracts automatically comes from the Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. There is nothing special you need to do.
