Help -- download current version Help -- download pre release Neither one is working. I try to initiate the update and Sierra shuts down as normal but then nothing happens. I can restart it and go back in but when I try to update again the log tells me: Failed to open the file: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartFileDownloader.exe. Error: Windows error code 32: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. I've restarted the computer but that doesnt help. |
