Hello Sierra, I'm currently testing your Platform and am especially interested in Trading the Dax Mini (F.US.FDXMM18). However, it appears to be the only chart that doesn't load new data (no moving price at all) - Only when I right click and select "Delete and Download Data" the chart would refresh and display the current price, only to instantly freeze again. Is there a problem with your Data-Feed? Or have I accidently selected an option that freezes the chart (which I don't believe, since I also use the same settings for all my other charts [Eurostoxx and FDAX], which both work completely fine) Regards and thank you for your excellent service so far. |

You are not using the Sierra Chart data feed. You are using CQG which we do not control.
