Missing Trade DOM Ask Volume Bars in Instance 1

Every now and then I don't see the Ask VolBars in Instance 1. Only the bid bars will be displayed.
On the right hand side in the pic is the DOM of the "main instance". The display is faultless.

Make sure all instances of Sierra Chart are on version 1725 and at the time you see this, provide an image showing File >> Open Market Depth Window. Here are instructions:

Is this really a specific issue ofCQG, because this error only occurs in the instances?

We were not able to reproduce but we did some changes that we would definitively expect to help which have been released in 1730 but based on another thread apparently did not help.

So not totally sure what we can do at the moment but we will keep this in mind.

No problem - On the main instance it runs perfectly
